Staff was great at this hotel, very quick to respond to needs and everyone had a smile on their face. there was a pub crawl going on and was expecting lots of noisy neighbors but rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable! I will stay here again.

Very good location. Staff friendly. The room was clean had a nice view. Asked for more towels and got them within 5 minutes.

This is a nicely done hotel in downtown Reno. I walked the strip, and I'd say its one of the top two or three available in that area. The room finishes were nice enough, the bedding was good enough-not plush, and it was clean. There are two properties in the Harrah's complex, I was in the East Tower. The casino in the East in not as nice as it's sister to the west, but they are connected by a skyway over the road. Actually, I think most of the casinos are connected from Harrah's to Circ us Circ us. I ate at Hash-a-Go-Go. It's a slop shop but good enough to soak it up. The other restaurants are probably a bit more refined. In summary, don't go to downtown Reno for the sterile experience of the Vegas Strip. If you go, this is probably as good an option as any-I'd recommend going for between this and the silver one.
