It was a great experience with my family of 4. The spa was excellent and people are very nice and helpful. Food : Don't miss eating Japanese style at Zen. Avoid Los Gallos restaurant. Casino : Be wary of the fact that when you are getting $25/day for BlackJack, you are to match that first bet with an equal $25 out-of-pocket. Try to collect more of those $25 cards and exchange for multiple $10 cards so you don't lose all on one bet. Other than these few tips, I'd say, it was a great, relaxing vacation.

Amazing facility and location. The resort was spotless and anything we wanted that wasn't provided soon appeared. The staff always went the extra mile. But for an all-inclusive, my only complaint would be the food. It was simply average and got very boring after 5 days, they really need to step it up. But overall, it is an fantastic property and I can't rave enough about the staff. We were a party of four gay men and didn't really come across many other gay guests... Nevertheless, the staff and other guests were very welcoming. 4 Stars.

Great resort ... depending on your normal restaurant choices where you live, you might be disappointed by the food quality ... I was happy with it but not high end ... maybe a 3 out of 5 ... all other aspects of the dining experience were excellent{service, ambience, choices, etc.} Very nice; pools, fitness center, spa, shops, the rooms are top notch in every way except do not expect a great ocean view from 99% of the rooms ... it is not set up that way. Great - Jack Nicholas golf course in excellent shape albeit, a little pricey at $240/round You will do a lot of walking, as it is a large resort!

We had a great time at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. The staff was freindly. We were treated like royalty when we were checking in. The accomodations were very nice, the food was good. The drinks were not watered down like they are in other places. The grounds are beautiful. The beach is great and all the pools were at were very nice. The place is so big that we didn't even get to see all of it. We also thought that the $1500 credit was great. We used it to upgrade wine at dinner and for massages.

The first sight of the room was amazing and the view was perfect. The entire hotel was super nice and the staff were helpful, caring and cheerful. The pizza shop is the best restaurant there. We had a great time using the hotel credits for our stay there. We cannot wait to go back in April 2012. More Hard Rocks are being built and can't wait for them either. Thank you!
