Harbour Ville Hotel Singapore Guest Reviews
the room was clean and orderly, the staff was efficient. it suited us well because we didn't want all the fuss that other hotels' staff usually have. the room we got was small for us - 3 adults and 1 baby, but i guess we just got what we paid for; it was a promo thing. i realize harbourville would be perfect for someone traveling alone or in pairs, if they plan to be out in the city all day. but because we were travelling with a baby, bigger hotels would have been best for us. we were surprised there was complimentary breakfast, which had just enough food choices. all in all, everything was kept simple, and it was just right for us. the location was good for us because it was near sentosa, but if you'll be around orchard or the other tourist places often, this might be a bit too far.

A bit far to walk if it's hot to Harbour Front. Nothing much closer to find food. Had to take a taxi everywhere.

Good location, staff not that friendly, room small but clean and okay for a short stay. No hot water not even slightly warm, fridge not working.Maybe they could give some help to customers about the best way to see Singapore.

The hotel room is clean and has the basic amenities for budget traveling. I was with my husband and 5-year-old daughter in a Superior room and it was good enough for us. Breakfast was alright as well, very necessary as there are no food places nearby to go to in the morning. Only thing was that the breakfast area gets very wet when it rains, which makes breakfast very unpleasant and uncomfortable. The canvas also has leaks so even if we had shade, we had droplets of rain falling on our feet. I suggest fixing the canvas and extending the shade of the canvas to the ramp that leads up to the breakfast area. No point giving us shade if we get wet on our way there.

cheaper than your average singapore hotel. if you're looking for a bed for the night and a roof over your head but you don't want to pay typical singapore hotel rates, then this is the hotel for you. the room we stayed in was small, the breakfast was basic but the hotel was clean. if you want a bit more than basic then you will have to pay a bit more and go elsewhere.
