Room is good and value, inside somewhere next to the old industrial zone and old airport. Not that much convenience in shopping or tourist area and not close to MTR, even it is not far away from the city centre but it is not very easy to a tourist to find the way by the public transportation.

Staff lack language skills. Due to a certain staff's miscommunication, we were made to pay extra cost. It was communicated to us that upgrading our room with extra bed costs $570 HK for that few nights we stayed . We did double confirm with the hotel staff. End of the day, the bill came with $570 HK per night. Location is bad too. Totally out of the way and you cannot even get access to nearest MTR. We ended up taking cab to the nearest MTR every day unless you are regular and knows what bus to take within the old estate. And the nearest MTR is at least 20 mins of cab ride. Surrounding environment is just old estates and you have to walk quite a distance before you can find a place to eat. Definitely not suitable for old folks.

I really picked the hotel because everything else is very expensive but I found out it was my best choice. The hotel, Staff and everything looks Fantastic. One thing that make you feel not good it's 1Km away from everything so if you are someone like to walk this distance I think you got everything that you need. keep in mind the view is not something expected in this hotel except the Swimming pool it's a BIG WOW. try to find get a view to the pool.

The hotel is the best value for money in HK, if you have to do business in that part of town. Even the lunch in the restaurant is pretty good.

Hotel was good to stay at .... if you want to be near Kowloon or TST then I suggest looking elsewhere? Cosy little rooms but idea for us. Swimming pool and gym were great and they have a great bus service that takes you to MTR etc
