Front desk staff is not very friendly or personable. Room was clean but dated. Wish they would use fitted sheets on the beds. Overall, not bad, will stay again.

The daytime manager needs to work on her customer service skills, instead she makes you feel as if you are putting her out if you ask for something. The ice and pop machines did not work so you have to go to the front desk to get ice, and inconvenience the manager. The housekeeping staff was great. Overall, not recommended unless you just need a room for a night. (I was there for four nights - UGH!)

Better than expected, based on the reviews. The price was right, but Orbitz charged more than the actual hotel rates were.
