Valued hotel to stay. This hotel look very deluxe and extremly clean. Room was large and tidy. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel to everybody.

I recently spent 2 nights in the Sunrise Hotel Hanoi, number 9A Hang Mam, Hanoi. This hotel was located in the very heart of the Old City in Hanoi. I was there with a group of Global Volunteers teaching conversational English at the University and a High School. The hotel embraced our group, made us feel that we were at home, and took care of our requests and needs with graciousness and efficiency. We enjoyed our wonderful fresh and plentiful breakfast in the lovely restaurant with a few of the city, and did have several delicious meals there. Whenever we needed a taxi, the desk would call one and make sure the driver knew where we wanted to go. After our program we travelled for a few days then returned to the hotel. It felt like being back home!

I and my in Nov 2009 and were totally satisfied. Rooms were so nice and clean. Air-con worked well and bath-room was very spaciuos, beautiful and clean. We had breakfast freely everymorning with varied choices. Staff were much greater than ever as they were so helpful and friendly. For the location was very good as well. We really like this hotel and highly recommend!

Came back here for the second time after 1 year and we found this hotel had been much better. Room was so big, nice and extremly. Staff was stil very honest, kind and ofcourse so helpful and friendly. Make sure the Sunrise will be your right choice in Hanoi.
