1.) Room - The room is very clean and spacious, including the bedsheets and towels. 2.) Breakfast - Aside from my breakfast being served to other guest even though I ordered it before him, am quite satisfied with the breakfast provided. Love the bread, it is very soft yet crispy. 3.) Location - Conveniently located in Old Quarter and walking distance to the Hoan Kiem Lake, as well as the Water Puppet Theatre. 4.) Hotel Staff - Very friendly and helpful staff. But, would suggest that the staff find out more info on the local resturant and able to make recommendations (when needed) 5.) Others - Though we did not stay the nite before, we had a pleasnt surprise when we were offered breakfast after we reached the hotel at 5:00am to wait for the transport to pick us up to airport. Overall, very satified with the hotel and will recommend to my friends and families. :)

The hotel room is very clean, including the bedsheets and towels. Hotel location is also very centralised and convenient, near to Old Quarters. Staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Stayed 2 nites in this hotel, the went to Sapa, and back to the same hotel at 5am to wait for our transport to airport. Was surprised that breakfast was even included on that day even though we did not stay overnite the day before - great service! Will recommend this hotel to my friends and family should anyone go there in future...

Enjoyed our 5 days stay at the lakeview room overlooking the Hoan Kiem lake. Very friendly and helpful staff who are always keen to assist with all enquiries including tours - the Hoa Lu Tam Coc tour was well organised and enjoyable. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices including local cuisine. The hotel is close to the many shops and only a short walk to the water puppet show which was interesting. Would definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit to Hanoi.

One of the friendliest hotels I've ever stayed in - makes it an oasis of smiles in an otherwise hectic Hanoi. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay there again. Also, the street it's on is a strangely quiet one in the midst of the frenzy of the Old Town, with lovely coffee shops lining both sides.
