Hanoi Lucky Hotel Guest Reviews
The staffs were so nice to us. They did service everything they could. The hotel is ok for short stay. The room was quite old but provided everything you needed. The hot shower didnt work all the time but thats no prob for us. If you book tour trip with them, make sure you get everything exactly what you asked for. We did ask the Tulico or Livitrans train tickets to Sapa but they bought us Orient which was so dirty and old. But that's olny lil thing compare to our wonderful experience in Vietnam. Thanks!

Ok hotel with plenty of space in the room. Could do with replacing the beds as they were in very poor condtion - very hard and sagging in places, and the mouse for the computer was also past it's use by date.

FYI - hotels kitchen is a make shift kitchen underneath a stairwell. Wouldn't even have coffee from it. Luckily we found a great little place to get breakfast from around the corner, croissants etc. In short, wouldn't stay at the hotel again.

We were impressed with the friendly service of this hotel. One of our friends' birthday fell on the second night of our stay and the hotel staff gave us a pleasant surprise by providing us a birthday cake (with the birthday person's name on it!), a bottle of wine and some fruits, all free of charge, at their own initiative. We only stayed there for two nights and really didn't expect such great service from a 2-star hotel. It left us a very good deep impression of the hotel, and the hospitality industry in Hanoi in general. Keep up the good work, Hanoi Lucky Hotel!

The Hotel is situated in the old Quarters in a alley adjacent with other small Hotels and Hostels, which makes the whole environment very safe, warm and friendly. The single room I stayed in was large with two single beds and a view facing the alley. To my surprise, my room even had a Dell Desk Top Computer which the Hotel provided with no extra charges. I find all the staffs of the Hanoi Lucky Hotel to be very helpful during my short three days visit to Hanoi. I must say; the breakfast was good enough for what I was paying for, with a choice of Western with the lovely legendary French baguettes or Vietnamese Noodles. I would definitely recommend first time visitors to stay here for the good deal and it's walking distance to most of the shopping and sight seeing places...
