Hanoi Imperial Hotel Guest Reviews (24)
Late arrival and bkg had not come thru computer - well handled by front desk staff late at night. Very helpful and obliging staff - made several tour bookings without and fuss or problem. Breakfast is quite good - no shortage of food or drink. Hotel well within walking distance of central Hanoi and the Old Quarter. Very convenient location. Would reccomend hotel and definately stay again on next trip !

This is a good value for money hotel in a great location in the old quarter - not fancy by any means but rooms are clean and the staff are excellent. My only issue was with the bathroom - shower in the bath - usually OK but this was a very high bath to step into and the bath just sits on the floor not flush with the walls so water does tend to go everywhere! I would stay again.

It would be hard to beat this hotel on it's Old Quarter/ Lake location, comfort, quality of staff service or value for money. A most enjoyable stay. We chose this hotel as our base to explore the charms of Hanoi and Vietnam during a 3 week holiday and were not disappointed. The hotel has a friendly, family feel and the staff were unbelievably helpful with their time and advice. Simply a pleasure to have stayed here. Do not be put off by the unmade approach road.
