Hanoi Grand View Hotel Guest Reviews
We strongly recommend this hotel for those who want a hassle-free stay in a central location in Hanoi - the staff is extremely polite and friendly, the rooms are very clean and comfortable (hotel is exactly as shown in photos) and not too noisy, even for the rooms facing the street (deluxe). In fact, we made it our base in Hanoi - extended our stay and came back every night in between excursions. We also had the bonus of being upgraded from standard room to deluxe room due to vacancy in the hotel - maybe was it because we had a baby, but in any case this was a great way to make us feel welcome (which is, sadly, not the case very often in the middle range accommodation in Vietnam). In short, only positive feedback in every aspect! Many thanks Hanoi Grand View!!
