Just the best in Vietnam for service and value for money

Staff gave outstanding service throughout the stay. Every assistance with visas, transfers and rebooking when moving to next destination. I highly recommend this hotel (they have 4 in Hanoi and of the two I stayed in, both were excellent!).

This hotel provided a great start to our vietnam holiday. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. The best service we received across the country. The location was great and we would definitely stay there again

The staff were very helpful. The rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was good. Overall in a good location of the Old Quatre. I enjoyed my stay at Hanoi Elegance 3.
