Travelled as a lone female, the staff spoke very good English, helped me organise tours and train tickets - most helpful! Would definately stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great value for money, step out of the hotel straight into the old quatre.

The facilities in this hotel were very poor. The staff were very helpful and friendly and they did reduce the room price and gave us free pickup from the train station. Rooms lacked space, very poor towels, no tea and coffee facilities, no free water, slippery showers and very basic breakfast. I do not like to give this hotel a poor review because of the good staff, but I would not stay here again.
