very friendly & best tour desk in veitnam arranged sapa tour with own guide who could speak english well for not much more than the train fare. we rerturned for second stay They also sent us to very good cheap clean food outlets. The rooms are very clean compared with other hotels we stayed at for same price very very good value door is opened for you each time you come back to the hotel will stay again
