Hotel is in a convenient location, near the airport and close to other attractions. It's not fancy but definitely good if you need a place to stay for a night or two. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The rooms are very small and with 2 queen beds there was very little space for luggage. The carpets really needed to be cleaned. The thermometer on the wall had absolutely no connection to the air conditioner so it was very warm.

We stayed just one night as it was convenient to the Airport for our early morning departure the next day. Overall, the room itself was nice. We only had one complaint and that was the rug. It was filthy and sticky feeling. You could not walk barefoot at all. My husband had to wash his feet as they were black from the rug. Everything else was clean including the bathroom. The drive to the car rental center was easy and direct the next morning. We were about 10 minutes from the Arizona Mills Outlet Center. Great place to shop. For excellent food, go to the Five and Diner; great value.

I like to stay at Hampton Inn as their service is consistent any where, from free airport shuttle bus pick up/drop off, free continental breakfast ( make your own waffle, bread, scrambled eggs, burger, cereals, coffee, hot water, cold milk,tea etc.), comfortable bed set (a mbit high for me),toiletries,printing of boarding pass from the business center, etc. I always feel like returning to familiar room. When I called to ask for shuttle service, the phone was answered immediately and gave me clear answer. (unlike some hotels that I called, had to hear all those machine recorded advertiisements before I got to speaking to human). I only put up a nite before my transit to SFO, I felt v. Relax in the hotel. There is a small fitness room, 2 PCs with a printer. Surrounding is safe. Understand we can use the shuttle bus to places within 5 miles. The price I paid was reasonable. Can't comment on location as I didn't have a chance to check out. Will recommend to stay.
