No bedding available for pullout couch, Internet was not accessible, front desk not helpful...disappointed.

We had a very comfortable suite - very clean and large enough for a family of five. The breakfast was a really nice variety, with hot items, and our favorite was the waffle station. It wasn't the typical continental breakfast. They served eggs/omelettes each day, sausage and/or biscuits and gravy, hot oatmeal and the traditional continental items. The coffee was great. Our beds were very comfortable. Our relatives stayed at the much pricier Dolphin hotel and complained about their beds. Ours were very nice! Thanks for a great stay!

This hotel was just right while I was working at a conference. The breakfast is better than most, and the location is convenient. The Orlando trolley is right down the street and for $1.25 it takes you almost anywhere. My room felt a little small, but it was very nice. Everything was there: iron, i. board, hair dyer, etc. Nothing fancy, but just right. I like the freedom in a hotel like this to cart your own luggage, etc. Saves so much money!!! Close to all the Orlando parks and fun.
