Other than the limited space to park and having to valet for $30, everything was fantastic. The staff, location, room, atmosphere, and breakfast was outstanding. We will definitely return!

I just stayed at this hotel for a convention in the convention center it is right next to. The Proximity to the convention center is this hotel's ONLY benefit. My room was musty and dank and had a wet smell. The Air conditioner whistled loudly from the wind outside due to bad installation. The Nice sized flat screen is against the wall across from the bed, which unfortunately is against the head of the bed next door, sooo if the walls are poorly insulated or sound proofed (which they are) you end up hearing very clearly the tv next door. In my case, the idiot had his tv on all night, as he must sleep with it on. The end point for me was I slept very poorly at this hotel. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The morning breakfast was actually very very nice, with hot food and all sorts of breakfast fare. But.... If you can not sleep well, and your room has a musty smell, breakfast if not going to make your day any better. All in all, if you are working at the convention center, consider this hotel, but for a vacation stay, avoid.

This hotel was first rate in every way and an easy walk to the trolley. A little farther to the French Quarter, but still easy. I especially appreciated the friendly helpful staff.

We loved it. The staff were exceptional. Breakfasts, room & facilities great. We should have booked for 2 extra days but left it too late as there was a big football game in town and only 2 suites left. A bit expensive for us.

We pulled up and was treated like the STARS that we are. they opened a line for us and brought in our bags and unpacked us and asked us if we needed anything else. and all i had to do is pick up the phone and asked for anything and they would get it.
