Best hotel in Myrtle Beach! Quiet, clean room, awesome ocean views, friendly and helpful staff, great location - right on ocean and only 10 minutes from airport - and a great FREE hot breakfast every morning. Loved our stay!!!

We stayed in the oceanfront room. As soon as we entered our room the ocean view took our breath away.When we opened the balcony door the roar of the ocean was incredable.The staff was great an very helpful.Our trip was better than we could of hoped for!

Our trip was 6/15-6/18, just a short getaway to the beach with our three kids. We arrived at the hotel at 2:45pm and were checked in efficiently with a front desk staff that was very hospitable and welcoming. There was supposed to be a roll away bed (requested the day before on the phone) in our room, however when we got to the room, it wasn't. A quick call to the front desk remedied that issue within 10 minutes, with multiple apologies. In addition, calls for more towels we answered and responded to within minutes. Very impressive. The room was very clean, and maintained daily with the same level of cleanliness. The pool area, lobby, elevators we also immaculate. Our only slight disappointment was with the free complimentary breakfast. Admittedly, I chose this hotel partly because of the free breakfast (with three kids that was one meal I could save on!) They had the usual fare, however the eggs are just terrible. In my book, we all know it's a courtesy service, however if the quality of the food is that bad, the hotel is doing more of a disservice. That said, we would go back to this property again. The value far outweighed any issue we could come up with!

I'd have to say all of the staff was more than helpful, always taking time to answer questions or recommend a restaurant. The location is right on the beach. The hotel was better than expected. A car rental is a must at this South Myrtle Beach location. Public transportation is available, and pick-up is directly in front of the hotel. Large amusement park and boardwalk approximately two miles from the hotel.
