Free breakfast was nice. Neighborhood-not so good. Room was hot/stuffy at night--the airconditioning must be turned off for the night. Bathtub didn't drain properly, though we neglected to report it right away. Very polite staff. Construction in the lobby/main floor was somewhat irritating. We have stayed her before and it was fine. Not quite as good this time, but will probably be better in the future.

Access to freeway helped, easy to find, close to family and friends. People were very friendly and helpful with info about the area. The morning breakfast made it easy to eat and run, and each day they had a different menu, which was nice. We stayed several days, housekeep did a great job. Their were a lot of people there, but we didn't hear a lot of noise. I would recommend staying there everytime we visit Mesa.

Hotel was clean, staff good, just as expected at this chain. Breakfast lady was a bit slow refilling items on the breakfast bar - had to finally go ask when it'll be refilled, but overall this was a good stay. Kids were thrilled with the pool. Happy kids made parents happy.

With the activities that we had planned we didn't need to travel far. They took care of my family from the time we checked in and had breakfast until the time we checked out.
