Hampton Inn Orlando-North/Altamonte Springs Guest Reviews
I was there taking a test for a state license. The hotel was less than a mile from the testing center so it was very convenient. The surrounding area was nothing spectacular. Right next to I-4 though so it made it very congested. Pros: I enjoyed the pool and the free beer provided from 6-7:30p.m. every night in the lobby. The free breakfast was also very good. Cons: The wifi didn't work in the room and when I tried to use the ethernet cable the prong on the computer plug was broken, so that didn't work either. I saw a cockroach in my room as well :( The on site mini fitness center has two very old treadmills that don't work, one elliptical that is louder than a freight train and one recumbent bike that was decent. Although, they do have free membership to large gym across the street so that's nice. I would stay again but in a nicer area, nicer room, and take more advantage of the free beer.
