The beds are great and the coverings are washed fresh for each new person. The rooms were so very clean.

This hotel is the perfect location. Near Sea World, convention center and Disney. We only stayed one night before settling into our resort, and it was perfect for the money. Clean and quiet.

I was in Orlando to see a show at House of Blue and then go to Universal the next morning. I have never had a problem with Hampton hotels at all. We had a couple friends who were at a hotel not far away and were having a horrible experience (dirty room, bad customer service and they were told by hotel staff that there was a good chance their car would be broken into if they kept it parked in its current location). We asked if there were more rooms available and there was only one but the price was a bit higher than we paid for ours. After explaining the situation with our friends the Hampton was kind enough to help us out with the cost of the room a little. Highly recommend this location. I travel for work to Orlando from time to time and I will be switching to this location because I like to help out places that are good to their customers.

Great property - room was clean and neat - however it is the personnel that makes this facility "shine." From the front desk to housekeeping everyone was personable, courteous with a smile, and ready to offer assistance. It was such a pleasure staying at the Hampton Inn Orlando Convention Center I will stay there on my next trip to Orlando.
