Pros: - Location - Microwave, Mini-fridge, Workstation. - An appetizing continental breakfast. Cons: - Fresh towels were not so fresh.

We needed an expensive location just outside of NYC. The breakfast was awesome and the staff helpful. The value was good since they were in the middle of recarpeting and repapering the hallways.

I had always thought Hampton's had a certain standard of quality but apparently I was very wrong. Extremely disappointing. Our Hotel hallway was under complete construction, wall paper all torn down, room numbers were all sheets of paper on doors, 10 men out in the hallway (which was about 90 degrees) removing carpeting right outside our door, scraps of old, used padding everywhere. Safety hazard, no doubt. Room air conditioning not cold enough, at all. Hallway was brutally hot. Sons swore they were being bitten all night long in the bed by bugs. They did have bite marks as did I notice marks on my own back as well the evening after staying there. Linens were stained. Breakfast under supplied and over crowded. Waited 10 minutes for eggs among other items. Asked twice for 2 additional towels and denied both times. That has never happened at any hotel, ever. Arrived at midnight, a dozen men, of Indian descent sitting in the lobby and making comments that seemed directed at myself and my children with "americanos..." and then bursts of laughter in our direction. The whole experience was disappointing at best and will certainly make me think twice about staying at a Hampton Inn in the future. If the hotel was going to be under Construction, we should have been made aware of that seeing as we only booked the hotel this week. This is also the first time I booked through [...]and needless to say it has not left a favorable impression.

The hotel staff was great, though my reservations [...] sucked...i had reserved two beds, called in around 4pm to make sure i was fine with the booking and when i got there i ended up with one bed, it was me, my girlfriend and our 3 daughters with one bed!!! Seriously!!! i ended up with two extra roll away beds...[...]
