The staff was friendly and helpful, and check out was easy. The shuttle running 24hrs a day is a big plus when you have to leave by 5am. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The only concern I have is that the hotel was not very soundproof. If people stood in the hall and talked it was like they were right in the room with you- other than that it was a great value for the money.

Visited friends and shopped. I love Chicago and The Hampton Inn is the only place I will stay. The staff has always friendly and willing to help in any way they can. I really enjoy the breakfast staff. We sit and talk while I drink my coffee.

We came to the Chicago area for White Sox games over the weekend. We were very impressed with the hotel and would definitely stay again!! It was a little of a drive to go and do things, but was nice to be out of downtown Chicago. No complaints here.
