After long day of shopping a great place to relax and stay!!!

Our stay at this hotel was great. The only comment I have is that when we went to the pool there were a group of men sitting in the hot tub drinking. There were hotel staff in the area, but did not say anything to these people. Even though there is a note that says no food /drink allowed in the pool area. We did not think it was an appropirate environment for young kids. Therefore we never got to use the hot tub. Everything else was great, The breakfast was good, staff were very freindely and helpful, overall the stay was good.

Stayed at the hotel to see Niagara Falls. Because Niagara Falls, NY hotels are expensive and have low ratings. It's very clean and has a great staff. The complimentary breakfast was open till 10:00AM, and had a lot of good choices.

Overall my family enjoyed the stay. There were few complaints except for the smokey smell and the water in the hot tub looking a little milky. The hot breakfast in the morning was a big plus and the staff was very warm even after making two request for a foldup bed and fridge/microwave.
