i requested a non smoking room- when i went to the room it was like a cigar factory - when i called the front desk- i was given grief- upon asking if there was another room- a non-smoking room. the receptionist was flippent- the saving grace was the manager the next day who was more than accomadating. also the breakfast is always great

Rooms are clean & comfortable. Complimentary coffee, etc. is a plus and the breakfast selection is better than average.

THEY HAVE A SIDE DOOR THAT THEY RECOMMEND YOU PARK NEAR. PICTURE RAINY WINDY NIGHT.GET OUT OF MY CAR AND HEAD FOR THE DOOR. THINGS IN MY HAND. DON'T NOTICE THAT THERE IS A CURB TO JUMP AND GO SPRAWLING HEAD FIRST TO THE GROUND. HIT MY FACE INTO THE GARDEN AND MY BODY FOLLOWED. GET UP SOAKING WET, FULL OF MULCH BUT FORTUNATLY NO INJURIES. NO ONE AROUND AND HEAD TO THE ELEVATOR.SOME ACHES THE NEXT DATE.MENTIONED IT TO THE DESK CLERK AFTER BREAKFAST THE NEXT MORNING. 'OKAY i WILL TELL THE ENGINEER. HOPE YOU WEREN'T HURT". POTENTIAL SERIOUS ACCIDENT IN THE MAKING. NEED LIGHT OR BARRIER TO FORCE YOU TO WALK AROUND.

Rode Logan express to get to this hotel since everything near Logan was sold out. although expensive it was comfortable and clean and provided a hot breakfats and evening happy hour of food and beverage. Staff were very friendly and shuttle took me to a restaurant since there are none near the hotel. Its right on the interstate making it convenient to gettinv into Boston.
