Good breakfast with some variety each day. The shuttle was wonderful. They took us to the train three mornings and even waited later than normal one evening to pick us up. We stayed a week, and maid service was great during the week, but weekend maid service was a little sloppy. They did not restock bathroom supplies, but when we asked at the desk, they were happy to supply us with what we needed. The front desk staff was great! All in all a good stay!

We found it to be a very nice, comfortable, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Overall we had a good experience the Hotel.....would stay there again and will recommend it to our friends

This hotel was terrific- great breakfast & lovely rooms. Best of all many notices reminding guests to be ecological- few syrofoam items at breakfast! . I suggest they encourage guests who stay for more than one night to save & reuse their plasticware. I travel with ours.

Whenever I travel anywhere, I always strive to stay at a Hampton Inn. I have stayed in at least10-15 Hampton Inns in the last 10 years! The cleanliness of the rooms, luxurious beds and decor, state of the art hotel amenities, free breakfasts,free wi-fi (Istayed at a Mariott 2 wks earlier, and they wanted $12 for wi-fi!!, and NO free breakfast). The Hampton Inn at Norwood, Ma was no exception, the only minus (and this is VERY minor) was the access from the road is one way, and one has to go past the hotel approx. 4/10 of a mile to a roundabout and circle back to the hotel....otherwise a great experience..adjacent to a golf course, and an italian restaurant, so you don't even have to leave to have total convenience! Thanks again Hampton Inn!

I knew this trip would be stressful, so I was pleased when I found nothing to worry about at the hotel. From my arrival a bit later than anticipated to my checkout a few days later, everything was great. Spotless. Quiet. Comfortable. Friendly staff from the front desk to the nice breakfast buffet to the housekeepers! Did I mention free wi-fi and parking? I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and if the services and quality are consistent in the chain they will be getting more of my business in the future.
