The staff was excellent. The hotel was very nice, clean and well kept. The location was perfect. The continental breakfasts leave a little to be desired.

The hotel was lovely. Breakfast AMAZING. The staff were wonderful, we asked for more blankets and got some within 10 minutes. We were in Boston for a wedding and this price (on Cheaptickets.com) was cheaper than even their group rate. The only issue I had was that the room was freezing! We even tried to turn on the heat and it just blew cold air. But other than that wonderful. Bathroom was lovely and bed was comfortable.

We went to visit the sites in Boston. The subway is about 20 minutes away. The Hotel is very clean and updated. The staff is friendly and helpful. When we arrived around 5:00 pm. They had a free soup and salad bar. Hit the spot. Did not have the breakfast but im sure it was good.
