Hampton Inn Ann Arbor South Guest Reviews
I requested a handicapped roon to accomodate my 10 year old, and the room was small. I was told it would be, it was just cramped. As for accomodations for the handicapped: lights switches had not been lowered, no peephole set at wheelchair level, the aisle between the end of the bed and the dresser was un-navigable by wheelchair. The service, specifically Sharber and David, are clearly committed to customer service. During this stay the service outshone the acccomodations.

Staff courteous and helpful with directions, etc. Room clean and well appointed. Complimentary breakfast adequate. was not informed that football weekends rates were different - but understand. S.L. Don Rice

The staff was friendly, the room was cleaned promptly each day. The gym had only 3 pieces of equipment and 2 were broken! The pool and whirlpool were nice. We would stay there again.

I started to smile as soon as I pulled into the parking lot-lots of cars, a good sign. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean, large, well appointed and cool (on a very warm day.) The bed was so-o-o-o comfortable and I slept soundly. I think I've found a favorite hotel chain in Hampton Inn.
