2 Credit Cards and 2 Checks stolen. Spoke with the GM who was RUDE and insisted that I "lost" them (they never leave my wallet, except to make a purchase). She told me that her staff is "honest" and would "never" steal. She told me to file a police report, which I did. A MAJOR inconcenience to cancel credit cards and stop payment on my checks while on the road (traveling for 6 weeks). I DID file a police report (investigation ongoing) and I was informed by my bank that the person that stole my credit cards tried to use them (TWICE) to buy tokens at the metro. I will NEVER stay at a Hampton Inn again.

Our room was comfortable but we had to take double beds to get nonsmoking room. VERY large dining area for nice complimentary breakfast. Large lobby area and parking. Located right off of I 95. While it isn't far from Old Town Alexandria, we were expecting it to be closer in from the name used by the hotel [...]Desk attendant at check in rudely told me I could not use my Honors program since I booked with a third party. Strange and unfriendly reaction, I thought.

Was a good experience, enjoyed being able to use shuttle to Old town and to metro..Came very quickly and personnel was very friendly. I would stay again.
