Great value for a central location. Within walking distance to all attractions, and if you don't feel like walking, tram stop is just around the corner. Carpets could use with an update, and mattress was feeling a bit old, but clean sheets & fresh towels everyday.

The hotel is a distance from the station and has steep steps at the front. Staff are OK however did not seem interested in us or our questions. Hotel could provide breakfast in the tariff - breakfast is nothing flash. Internet is only provided in the lobby - but once you have a log in try it in your room. the place needs a good clean - carpets especially.

A brilliant location an easy walk to all the museums... also 3 trams (1, 2 and 5) run between the railway station and the hotel location almost every 3-5 mins... The hotel is clean and complimentary tea and coffee is in the lounge area is appreciated... The front rooms are noisy due to the traffic on the main street below.. but the location makes this tolerable.

Loved the quieter location rather than in Centrum. Near the major tram lines, Leidesplein, museums and parks. Helpful staff, nice breakfast & comfortable neighborhood (even at 02:00). Time to update some carpet, but otherwise a nice hotel at a nice price.

Great location, clean & welcoming, secure car parking cheaper than street price, good free tea & coffee & free wifi. Price was reasonable, less online than over the counter. We had only 2 days and the location close to so many cheap restraunts, & virtually on the canal made getting around easy. Its only 10 minutes walk to Van Gough & Rijksmuseums & probably about 25 minutes walk into the town centre & red light district . We took a day ticket on the canals & there is a €3 discount card for this tour on the stand in the hotel. As we had a car the car park was a real bonus. All the staff were friendly & helpful & spoke good English.

I'm glad I did an upgrade on the bed and room size in the Eden Theatre District Hotel when I was booking this trip. Otherwise I might have needed a shoe horn to get into the room. But I knew fully well that this was not a luxury suite, simply a room to sleep and take a shower. The room was clean, on the inner courtyard and therefore exceptionally quiet. Yet, itwas right on the edge of het Leidseplein, one of the most convenient locations in the heart of Amsterdam. The breakfast (E10.50) is solid and tasty. The hotel is just steps away from the tram lines that get you all over the city. So, if you can stand a small room, as well as a small shower, then this is the place to stay.

This 3 star hotel is in perfect location, 5 minute walk to Leidesplein, the Bulldog, the Holland Casino and a slightly longer walk to the Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum. Also it's within walking diistance of the Anne Frank House, though it's about a 1.2 km walk down Prinzengracht. All attractions are very well sign-posted around the city. The hotel was clean and comfortable and I would most definitely stay there again. Good value for the money.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. You have the access to almost all the clubs and restaurants.

A great location in a perfect zone. Small and comfortable room. Very warm attention from the staff. Recomended to book breakfast in advance to get a 30% off in the price per person. Soap & Doccia Gel from a recognized Hollander brand name.

Great location, close to everything! But the rooms are way too small, there's hardly any place do put your lugagge! We thought the pricing was a little expensive for that kind of room, and the rate didn't even include breakfast. Also out room didn't have air conditioner.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked through flairview at the last minute and our payment had not been received at the hotel. Being 2 female travellers we were slightly concerned but the staff were very accomodating and dealt with the agent directly. The room was more than adequate, the only suggestion I could make is to install some air con as it was very warm! Overall a good stay, with a safe and pleasant atmosphere. After a year of visiting Amsterdam on business we have finally found a reliable hotel so we will definitely return!

Helpfull and friendly staff, very nice clean and modern room with good double (not twin thankfully) bed, good shower and a good sized LCD TV with plenty of English channels. Breakfast was good and there was a nice choice of breakfast food. Overall a very good modern hotel in a good location; would recommend it and stay again if ever in Amsterdam.

The carpet had a lot of stains and the heater was too small so the room was cold Don't take breakfast - it's was too overpriced for what you received. Overall it was a nice stay. I recommend it for business travellers and tourists without kids.
