The hotel is functionally okay and it is very clean. However, I feel the room rate is rather high for such a basic level of accommodation.

Excellent location: quiet but tram to Central Amsterdam stops at the door. Really nice staff, good breakfast.

3 min walk brings you to the tram station in the city center zone. Or you can pay more and get in the tram in front of the hotel.

Excellent location, good restaurants close by. Staff are extremely helpful, and friendly Any requests are always met. Couldn`t ask any more from a hotel. Will always stay at the Beethoven when in Amsterdam.
