Hallam Hotel London Guest Reviews
The smallest hotelroom I have ever been to... 2.5m + 1.5m ... + 40°C & no Aircondition.... Never want to go there again! Maby the other rooms are better --> Do not sleep in room 24 in the 5th floor.

This was a very bad experience; the hotel cleanliness was very poor. You will see some insects in the room and on bed. The covers of bed are not changed when cleaning the room. The system of the reception is very bad, they still work on papers. Do not be surprised if you get a key of a room, then you’ll find somebody else in the room. Otherwise, the location of the hotel is very excellent. P.s: I am not exaggerating but I would never repeat this experience in this hotel, I would suggest to pay more and live more properly in your stay in London.

The lights all fused in my room on my last night and of course there was no-one to deal with this. The room needs a very big make-over - I know the price is good but the room and shower pod were very bad.

For the price, I think the hotel is ok. I find the structure of the hotel is a bit funny. It is both tall and narrow. It is about 5 stories high tall with all the rooms are located around the flight of stairs. Having said that, there's nothing wrong with it though. The hotel is reasonably located. It is close to Regent's Park station. Unless you travel with Contiki and get a Contiki discount in Royal National, it's a reasonble deal.

I stayed in Hallam Hotel in January 2008. Everything was quite ok, but our room was in the basement, so underground traffic was heard and in the morning breakfast-staff started to disturb my sleep. Breakfast in the hotel was as breakfast is in London:) Anyway, who wants to go shopping in Oxford street and wants a place to sleep for a couple of days with no high expectations, Hallam Hotel is good enough.
