It was a very nice location. Very short distance from the subway/bus station. Since it was located in the city, the noise from outside is 24 hours.

location is super very very convience I do not mind book this hotel again, but TV program still not satisfactio, they only provied BBC news very boring. at the beginning I watch all channels although do not ubderstand but still can see WHEATHER FORCAST , when I request english channel they provided BBC only and cancelled all the others.

Enjoyed our stay and friendly staff with some English skills helped. Very well located near Hakata station for travelling on day trips around Kyushu. Room a bit noisy with air conditioner working and neighbour's bath waking us up at night. Outside noisy as close to Railway station. Will stay there again but this time when we ask for no smoking room that is what we expect.

Very convenient location opposite the main station (Hakata) in Fukuoka. Double room was of a reasonable size and very quiet. A good buffet breakfast. The Italian restaurant in the hotel was very good.
