fr reception-bellboy,none r professional,lacks o'business etiquette, english knowledge verypoor,non-stop harassing of guests (first by sending spies 2 watch on d opening of ea floor elevator,when a guest receives visitors in their room thinking that visitor might sleep in for d night w/o PAYING)room's small,old, dirty (w/cocroaches!) +smelly (full of smokes & poor ventilation!) walls r dilapidated&thin!impossible to sleep due to heavy smoke& noises frm another room) when guest receives a visitor,they nver stop knocking,ringing your door bell+room phone till you let them in, investigate&interrogate, ask repeatedly 4 their docs &will only stopped when they see some money.We paid for a twin bedroom but in bet our stay,a friend slept in fr day 2 & another on day3 & they charged us ludicrous price for xtra2 beds equivalent to paying another room of same size,no more space 2move w/4beds in a sml room!The mains were defective, sparking out tiny fires@130 a.m.!

At 31 USD for a double room, this was a great value in Guangzhou's Tienhe district, half the price of some comparable options. If the prepaid internet price remains this attractive, by all means book it. On the other hand, the staff were not as friendly and helpful at some other mid-level places in the area, for instance the [other hotel] (where I believe I paid in the mid-40s USD). I was unable to charge the restaurant bill to my room or to buy RMB with US travelers checks, and the place had more than its share of PRC officious authoritarian creepiness.

tipical average hotel, but OK. would recommend to others. good pricing/quality. note: pls do not expect too much in middleclass hotels as these in china, the standards are by far not so high as f.i. in the us and/or europe.

Nice hotel for the money! Staff very helpful and friendly. Beds are firm but comfortable. Located in the newer part of town, about a 5-10 min walk to the new MTR. Would recommend hotel to others for the money and convenience.

First room is small and no ADSL, and then I asked to change a new room, the new room was very big, king size bad and with ADSL. It was very good for us. There are a bus stop and Mcdonald''s quite near the hotel. But underground train station was very far away. Walk 20 - 30 minutes at least.
