Poor housekeeping as the bedsheets are not tucked in properly - after you sleep, they come undone. Room has a musky smell, probably because the bathroom does not drain properly. Shower does not drain properly - after the initial few minutes, you''d be standing in a pool of water.

The staff is very warm and effective: they give us a lot of details about what to do or to see in Hoi An. The breakfast was OK. We were a bit disapointed with the bathroom: in the first room, it smells awful. In the 2nd room, the water in the WC was out of order.

Hotel room smelled, rooms had limited decoration and TV did not work. This should have been a two star hotel. <BR><BR> <B>Editor''s note:</B><BR> We are pleased to inform readers that the hotel has informed us they have now taken action on the complaint about the odor of the hotel rooms.

Room was nice and clean, staff very nice and helpful. The location, it''s about 5 min walk from the "downtown" but nice and quiet.
