General appearance of public areas, front door, staircase carpet worn, was unpreprocessing. Room was adequate, with additional facility of iron and ironing board which was useful. TV remote damaged, taped, and not working. Sash cord of window broken so window did not close, and frame disintegrating. Bathroom revolting. Tiles cracked and falling from wall. Tap leaking. General structural appearance dirty, althoug sink and loo clean. A hotel in need of some general maintenance and refurbishment.
