The Hacienda San Miguel Hotel and Suites is located in Cozumel down town, just half a block from the waterfront and within walking distance of the commercial district as well as restaurants and bars.

Nice little hotel with a beautiful garden. The room was good, but a little damp and smelly. The bathroom ceiling was so low that I had to bend my head when standing up.

After a fantastic two-week tour starting from Mexico City travelling towards the Yucatan Coast and unfortunately staying in some really grotty places (chosen by our tour company), we ended our holiday with a 3 night stay on Cozumel, just chilling out. I had booked this hotel on the basis of the positive reviews on the net, and I was not disappointed. I found absolutely nothing to criticize about the place. The staff were genuinely friendly, rooms and facilities were just like the pictures on the hotel site and the location is very close to the centre of town, yet on a quiet road away from all the bustle. And there's a super bistro one block away called Pie del Carbon, highly recommendable....I say no more. Oh yes, for the price we paid, the Hacienda San Miguel was the best value in all of Mexico. Thanks!
