Really well situated for transport, good eating places across road and a very good supermarket across the road too. This is a budget hotel and providing you are not expecting five star for three star money you will be perfectly happy.

The only thing I like this place is that the location is good, 3 minutes drive to the airport. But there's no free parking, $8/day. In the room, there's no coffee or coffee maker. No free break fast. When the weather is cold, they can't even provide a heater in the room. One staff at the front desk was rude when I came in with some questions about the parking. I'll definitely avoid this place next time.

Front desk unfriendly. Location ideal for an early flight, 24 hour shuttle. Could not get shower to work. Outlook from room was awful. Not able to make cup of tea in room. Was quiet.

There are three towers. We were put in one room in the South Tower but there was no airconditioning (it was 103 that day) -- they tried two other rooms in the same tower (one that was occupied) but no a/c. Put in the West Tower, some a/c but not very good. Of course they messed up the fact that we were paid for 3 nights when they moved us, so our keys didn't work and our room wasn't cleaned. Very busy with tours so the poor, small, slow elevators sometimes had lines of 30 people waiting. Once the elevator was "off" by two floor -- thought it was on 6 but it was 8. Had to go to 4 to arrive on 6.
