Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa Cabo San Lucas Guest Reviews
We have stayed at many resorts and this one was by far our favorite. From the breathing views (it was like walking into a postcard), 3 infinity pools at the perfect temperature, an enormous jacuzzi, delicious drinks and amazing, fresh ala carte food!!! Even with the all-inclusive package! Service was good but expect to wait forever for the food. Lunch takes well over an hour for nachos and a fish dish and dinner easily over two hours. Overall, this is the first place that we will definitely be back too!!

There seems to be a lack of leadership from management that could make the place good. We had a very negative experience and very rud, staff. The food was ok.

Great location, facilities, and staff. Stayed for four days and the only (minor) complaint i would have is they did offer me two chances to listen to a time share pitch, which is two too many when i just came to relax. But would go back in a heartbeat.
