when we arrived, we had a mix up where they refused to accept our voucher, saying that their hotel never confirmed the reservation. after two hours and several calls to hongkong and australia, they finally gave us a room. later they apologized and sent a fruit basket and offered an upgrade, but it left a bad taste in my mouth.

The staff here was very helpful. Easy to get a taxi in front of the hotel. Room was fine.

Stingy with toilet paper. Provide only a partial roll and have to call and ask for a new roll everytime. Hotel foreign exchange service very bad. When I tried to exchange US$, they said they have no money!! Staff do not speak much English. Breakfast horrible. By 9am there's nothing left. Most things just boiled and tasteless. Worst breakfast I've ever had. No tourist information whatsoever. Overall not recommended.
