Check in and check out process was made very easy. Rooms were well furnished and very clean and spotless. Breakfast was included in the hotel price and there was a good variety of both hot and cold food. Staff were all very friendly and helpful when requests were made. The hotel is convenient and close to the marina, shopping areas and old city. All in all, a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Only downside is that spa area is only open for a limited time in the late afternoon/evening.

Great hotel in the heart of Palma. Excellent staff, amazing breakfast and clean rooms. Highly recommended.

We had two down points about this hotel, the first was that the room smelt badly of cigarette smoke. The room was also very dark without adequate lighting.

Location for access to city excellent. Cafe Jaime III down street excellent for breakfast

Excellent hotel and perfect location. The hotel and its rooms are lovely decorated and very clean. I loved this hotel and will definitely go back.
