I stayed there less than 24 hours so had a limited chance to form a strong view but...I got the impression from what I saw and what other guests said while I waited to check in that the hotel was rather short staffed. The people on the frontline were doing their best but...having to request alcohol in the minibar was a little disappointing but that said the soft drinks being comp was a nice touch. Pirce might look high but was good considering (a) location and (b) the fact that it was a busy weekend for the city.

I stayed in Barcelona for an congress and for this purpose the hotel is fine. The metro is nearby. The rooms are somewhat small but the beds are comfortable; spacious bathroom. A problem with the minibar was solved correctly by the friendly staff. Early breakfast is not possible; breakfast starts at 7.30 (or even 8.00 on sunday) which is, in my opinion, too late.

No complains, right next to a metro station and the main railway station in Barcelona.

A very nice modern hotel near to Sants station - quite a handy location. Was much nicer than I expected and the reception staff were halpful.

I will not be recommending anyone to use this hotel. In terms of location, it proved too far away from evening restaurants, which meant a journey to find anywhere to eat each evening. In terms of the finish within the hotel, it was disappointing to find stained and worn carpetting in the corridors and the hotel room, giving a rather tired and run-down impression. Health and safety were not considered while one of the lifts was under repair. However, the staff at all times were pleasant, professional and friendly, but they were let down by the fabric of the hotel.
