I thought the breakfast expensive for what was provided. It is described as a hot buffet but this was not the case. I also found the female receptionists sullen and unhelpful. The porter and doorman however couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. The location was excellent and and overall the hotel was good.I intend to return to the hotel next year.

Doesn't look like a 4 star hotel at all. Actually it is an average 3 star hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel. The accomodation was perfect--on a quiet street, perfectly located within walking distance to absolutely everything in the City, and from the subway. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was super to get a good start on the day; lots of choices. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff was helpful and friendly. Location is excellent. Included breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Room was typical for this price category. Well maintained hotel.
