H10 Tindaya Hotel Fuerteventura Island Guest Reviews
In my opinion this hotel is only average and may not be a general 4 star property. Having stayed at the Occidental Grand Fuerteventura in Jandia on numerous occasions, a similar rated 4 star property, I feel that the H10 Tindaya is lacking on many fronts. There is only one restaurant where typically all inclusive hotels of this grade and size would have other dining options. OK, there is a pool "canteen" but the food is very poor and the area not so clean. Also, in the eveining there is only one bar with insufficient seating and bar staff. The only positive point I came make is that the beach in front of the hotel is nice. The downside to this is that you must pay to use the sunbeds as they are not owned by the hotel. Pound for pound, there are far better places to stay in Fuerteventura for similar money.

Enjoyed a restful stay 27 Dec to 3 Jan 07. However, the hotel is very much geared towards families with children. Liked the room, LOVED the bathroom and the pool areas. I don't mind swimming in very cold water but there were v v few adults swimming in the pools. My firend who is a strong swimmer, couldn't swim as pools too cold. Suggest heating them. Other suggestion is to increase prices slightly and serve better wine at dinner - I couldn't drink what was on offer - a week of water at dinner and a few baileys after! "Resort" disappointing very little there except for the very fine restaurant across the road from the hotel - 3 course superb dinner for 2 with bottle of decent wine and water and coffees €60 - exceptional value - Beach is super for a morning walk and sunsets something to behold

We stayed here in the beginning of March so it was not exceptionally busy but the hotel was amazing. We went all inclusive and had a fantastic time. It is not a good location if you wish to have a lively resort as there is not much surrounding it but it is literally on the beach and has a vast amount of sun loungers available. The food in the restaurant was excellent and there is a chef standing by the food bar beside the pool from 10am until late waiting to cook steaks, burgers and fish fresh in front of you along with many other hot foods on hot plates. The drink was wonderful and most of it was self service excluding shorts. The entertainment was good for kids but by 11 everything had stopped and most people were in bed. I would highly reccommend this hotel to anybody who just needs to relax and unwind - well worth the money!

I stayed here for the first time at the end of November 06 and overall would recommend it. The facilities were all well maintained and everything was spick and span. There are a few nice touches such as having self service taps beside the bars for wine, beer and soft drinks to avoid queing up. There is a smallish beach in front of the hotel and you can easily walk across some rocks to much larger beaches either side. All beaches on Fuerteventura seem to have a pretty high Naturist content so if this bothers you stay by the hotel pool. The mix of guests is about 50/50 between German and Italians with only a few others, practically all staff speak English so no problem there for me. The only disappointment was the food was very average. As it's buffet style keep your expectations realistic, there's always something you will like as the choice is wide but it's sometimes a bit like a works canteen.
