Location
The H10 Waterloo Hotel London is close to Lambeth North underground station which provides rapid transport around the city. Other attractions close by, however are well worth exploring including the Imperial War Museum and the famous Old Vic Theatre. The London BFI IMAX cinema is just a minutes' walk away as well as the National Theatre.

Hotel is clean and well presented. breakfast is brilliant and the coffee machine in the room is a nice touch. The shower was fantastic. However it is the little things that let it down. The pillows on the bed are like rock. The customer service could have been better. Eg the curtains in my room did not close so light came in all night. I phoned reception to alert them about this in the morning and they confirmed that they would fix it before my return that evening. They didn't though and i had to phone again. The caretaker then had to come into my room to sort out the curtains. It was all very annoying. No apology from the staff.

Staying here was an absolute pleasure. Just five minutes walk from Waterloo station (from which you have easy Tube and overground access all over London), 15 mins walk to the West End, great views, exceptionally good breakfast buffet, friendly helpful staff, clean modern rooms with free wifi... For a London hotel, thought the pricing more than reasonable (all things being relative; *cheap* hotels in London make for unpleasant stays - in this city, "cheap" = horrid). My new favourite hotel in London. Next time I'm headed for London, will check out availability and price of H10 first.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The style was modern, the room very comfortable with all the gadgets you could want. From the 9th floor, where we stayed, the view over Waterloo Road towards St Pauls. the Shard etc was great. Only downside was that I arrived at midnight after a very long journey & couldn't have a drink at the bar & didn't feel like hitting the streets at that time, so had to make do with a cup of tea in the bed room.

I booked a standard double room. The bed was fantastic, so comfy and huge. The room was spotless and the facilities really good. Waterloo station was a 5 minute walk away so easy to get around with the tube, train and bus links.
