H10 Las Palmeras Tenerife Guest Reviews
Our room 118 was situated near the kitchen cooking extractor vents so if we wanted to sit out on the balcony in our room we had this cooking odour smell which was somewhat nauseating. This meant keeping our balcony door closed while we were in the room.

food was good, reception staff helpful, pool area crowded, entertainment average, bedrooms very poor, beds not comfatable, overall poor and would never go again, would say 3 star at very best.

Staff in reception and dining room staff could have been more friendly and helpful. It seemed they were anti British at times.

This the first time I have stayed at an H10 Hotel and if this is anything to go by would definitely stay at other Hotels within the group. Staff were generally politeand helpful. This particular hotel was in an excellent location close to bars and restaurants and I would thoroughly recommend it.
