the restraunt staff is in dire need of training ,all the staff seems to run around the restraunt but achieving little. If a wine waiter were employed i honestly believe that this person would triple the sales of wine ,and you also need a restraunt manager,In my previos trade you did not walk pass a table without removing dishes /glasses after use.I would like to praise Daniel your public relations officer,i had the misfortune to have a piece of veal lodged in my throat ,Daniel insisted i go to the local clinic to be checked by a doctor all i can say is thank you very much for the care given by your staff

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Lanzarote Princess. The facilities are looking tierd and are in need over a make over, however I believe plans are in place to do this. I was very dissapointed to find that for two days out of my 7 day stay there was loud, disruptive drilling going on around the pool. This meant that the much needed relaxtion was greatly distrubed. I would hve liked to have been ade aware of this when I was booking as thi would have altered my decision in terms of te hotel I selected.

Hotel and its location were good but I thought overall that the hotel was a little jaded ie the carpets and general woodwork were worn and scuffed but other than that it was fine.

I have been to this hotel on many occassions over the last 24 years and I think it is about time it had a face lift. The room funiture has seen better days and the radio cabinet is the same ones as were in the rooms 24 years ago
