Nice clean famili hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially in the childrens club. Hotel ideally situated short walk to the beach.

If kids is where your at this hotel is for you !!!! Superb all round from the morning kids clubs through lunchtime games to evening mini disco's. The staff were very frendly but not too in your face to get you to join in. We were there in Feb so even the heated pool was a bit chilly. Room was more than adequate with a good kitchenette. Beds and towels changed daily if you wished. Could do with a lick of paint but i was told the whole site is under staged refurbs. Would i go back...........Thats a big YES!!!! Will definately go back

Beautiful facilities, but the hotel is looking a little tired. Admittedly I haven't seen other Lanzarote hotels to compare them to H10. The staff were very friendly & helpful, the rooms quiet, the food of high quality (and the menu regularly changed). Costa Teguise (where hotel located) was a fair drive from the airport, but definitely closer than Playa Blanca. I would probably stay here again. Excellent facilities for families especially.

This hotel was very welcoming. It was easy for people with walking problems to get about and the rooms were quiet. I would recommend it to anyone.
