The hotel has 2 sections - one section has nice rooms which are illustrated on their website; the other has small, cramped ones - guess which sort we got? Be careful when booking - ask for a decent room (1 - 7).

This hotel was advised on our first day of a leaking pipe underneath the vanity unit. They said it would be attended to, however after staying for four nights the bucket was still underneath the basin to prevent the floor from flooding. Not good! Some staff had difficulty understanding English whilst others were fine but not exactly full of enthusiasm for their job of servicing the guests. A bit disappointing as we had heard and read such good things about this hotel.

If you just need a bed to sleep this hotel is good enough, but if you demand anything more I would not recommend it. The breakfast offering is very poor so if you like a good hotel breakfast this is not the hotel for you.
