the staff was very polite and helpfull. the room was pretty clean except for the furnace vents needed cleaned. it got cold and we had to use the furnace took awhile to get it to kick in but we figured it out fine..the hot breakfast was very good they just didnt have enough bisqutes. hubby was a little upset over that. we do plain on going again for the price it was worth it .it is close to the fun stuff kids like to do.also it is right next door to the steak and chicken house which it has great food. im telling family and friends to go try this place.we loved the loft room.

For the price the hotel was fine BUT, I selected this hotel from a choice of many with the same price because they said they had wireless internet access...well they didn't...And to boot they didn't have any one at the hotel front desk that knew anything about their system so they were no help in getting connected.

Staff was very accomodating and friendly. Location was great, close to restaurants and local attractions. The negatives however were the room even though it was a non-smoking room smelled damp and musty. The room appeared clean but wasn't anything special. The trim around ceiling was falling down over one of the beds. Probably would not book a room here again in the future.

The manager and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Had lots of good conversation and always able to answer questions. The pool was super clean, the location was in the middle of everything and the place was full, yet quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and housekeeping was amazing. I was worried about what the place might be like, for the price we paid, but it far exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was good, unless you like a big breakfast.

A wonderful family friendly hotel that was clean, kept and a pleasure to stay at. We were able to run to the best outlet mall without ever touching the main strip, good food around it, a clean pool, and a go kart place next door.
