The front desk clerk quickly got my reservation and room together. No hassles, answered my questions. The breakfast was standard Chinese Hotel buffet. Adequate variety and quality. I would stay there again. The only problem I had were the cab drivers outside the airport. One wanted to take me the 1 or 2 miles to the Hotel for 180 RMB. Another wanted 100 RMB. Fortunately I speak passable Mandarin, and found one who would use his meter- 18 RMB. So, don't let the cab drivers rip you off. The Hotel is very close.

Staff were not helpfuland were quite rude. Often nobody understood any English and just shrugged shoulders. Dirty rooms,trays of food and cups were left dirty in rooms. No business centre, just acomputer in the corner of reception and no printer or facilities to print. No point in having a computer. No help in getting information or taxis. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Food was terrible and noone could tell me if they served vegetarian food.
